How It Works
Our process is easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1– Schedule a meeting with us.
Step 2– A local travel concierge will contact you in 24 hours or less to get some information about your trip. This will give us an idea of what type of services you would like assistance with for your trip. In our meeting, we’ll go over your vacation plan and expectations. We will share the planning service fee to get started- which is based on the complexity of your trip- then get started with research, making calls, negotiations and more.
Step 3– You will then be presented with your personalized itinerary in a time frame you’ve agreed to. Based on your unique interests and preferences, we will work with you to fine tune the details to your specific needs. Then book your stay, transportation, experiences and more. We will take care of all the logistics.
